Seniors' Last Week 2026 

• Monday, May 25th:  Baccalaureate 7-9 pm, Auditorium (not school sponsored event)
• Monday, May 25th: Senior Send-off (not school sponsored event)
• Tuesday, May 26th: Senior Trip Estimating leave time 12 am, return time 1 am.
• Wednesday, May 27th: Day of Caring & Senior Showcase
• Wednesday, May 27th & 28: Senior Finals Make-up
• Thursday, May 28th: Seniors Checkout   
• Friday, May 29th: Graduation Practice – Mandatory graduation practice for all seniors SEC
• Sunday, May 31st - Graduation 2 pm SEC

Graduation Live Stream
Graduation will be live streamed this year. We will stream on YouTube Live. The live stream will start exactly at 2pm.

Senior Send Off 2026

Join your classmates for some fun, food, games.

When: Monday, May 25 2026, Immediately following Baccalaureate approx. 9 pm.

Where: Special Event Center

Important Details:

EARLY REGISTRATION: Begins now and runs through May 5th and is a cost of $26.00 per graduate. After May 5th the registration fee is $35.00 per graduate.

 **Scholarships are available for those with financial need**

• Scholarships can be requested by submitting a written request to belgradesrsendoff@gmail.com with your contact information by May 5th.

• Make checks payable to: Belgrade Senior Send Off. We also accept venmo (please make sure you write in the notes what senior this is for) @Seniorsendoff2026

• Once students check in, they must stay the entire time. If a student leaves for any reason. They are not allowed back in.
• Backpacks and purses may be checked as students enter the Special Event Center.
• Phones are allowed but will be confiscated if being used inappropriately.
• Students who are suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted in.
• Food and drinks provided.
• Payment and signed Assumption of Risk and Contract for Participation are required for each graduate.
• Prizes will be available at the end – Must be present to win.

Graduation Cap Decorating Workshop
The BHS Art Club is offering three nights of workshops and studio space for Seniors to come in and work on their graduation caps throughout the month of May. Students pay a flat fee of $15 and can come into design and create their cap before the big day. The BHS Art Club students will have basic art supplies available and will be available to assist with the design and application process, if needed. Dates for 2026 coming soon.
